Holiday Villa 'Monte da Bela Vista' Portugal
‘Monte da Bela Vista’ Our Holiday Villa in Portugal with unspoilt sandy beaches nearby and Panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the Atlantic ocean. The Holiday villa is located in the Alentejo region of Portugal (just over an hour from Faro airport by car). The Holiday villa covers a floor area of 240m2 with three spacious bedrooms, king sized beds, walk in wardrobes and en-suite facilities. There is also a mezzanine level with a king size futon bed, ideal for older children or teenagers, accessed via a ships ladder. The 4th WC/shower wet room is located at the foot of the ship’s ladder. There is space for additional beds or cots in each of the bedrooms so in all the Holiday villa can accommodate a combination of up to 10 adults/children.
The living area of the Holiday villa is a single open plan space 16m x 7m with a large kitchen area with a breakfast bar and dining table, for entertainment there is a pool table, a selection of board games and finally a lounge area arranged around an island style fireplace with a sound system and TV projector with 100’s of DVD’s to choose from should you want a night in, it’s also a great space to get together and reflect on the day’s events.

There is an hotel 750m away offering spa treatments and pool facilities, alternatively the camp site at San Miguel offers day tickets for their pool for around 9 euros per day.
Cafe Becha at the end of the village offers lunch with a choice of wine, beer or a soft drink, dessert and a coffee for 8.5 euros per person.
Beach lovers can enjoy miles and miles of unspoilt sandy beaches in this unspoilt corner of Portugal, for the more energetic there is a surf school at Odeceixe beach – 15 minutes from the Holiday Villa.
There are bicycles available at the villa for your use and Odeceixe town, Odeceixe beach, Sao Teotonio and Zambujeira do Mar are all super destinations.
For walkers there are trails starting at the entrance of the property where you can walk for miles through woods and open countryside to Sao Teotonio and beyond or you may want to try some stages of the Rota Vincentina at 230km, is the longest route and goes from Santiago do Cacém to the Cape of São Vincente. It is a rural trail, with 12 stages through forest tracks, towns and villages with centuries of history.
