Our Holiday Villa in Portugal is surrounded by 16 hectares of land, mostly forested which you are free to explore if you like hills – walking poles are available.

The inside of our Holiday Villa in Portugal covers a floor area of 240m2, the Holiday Villa has three spacious bedrooms with king sized beds, walk in wardrobes and en-suite facilities. There is also a mezzanine level above the fledgeling gym area with a king size futon bed, ideal for older children or teenagers, accessed via a ships ladder. The 4th WC/shower wet room is easily accessed from the mezzanine. There is space for additional beds or cots in each of the three bedrooms so in all the property can accommodate a combination of up to 10 adults/children.
The living area is a single open plan space 16m x 7m with a large spacious kitchen area with a breakfast bar and dining table, for entertainment there is a pool table and finally a lounge area arranged around an island style fireplace with a sound system and TV projector with 100’s of DVD’s to choose from should you want a night in, it’s also a great space to get together and reflect on the day’s events.

There are 3 bedrooms and a den on the mezzanine :-
Bedroom 1 is a spacious, light and airy double aspect room with a king sized sleigh style bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a wet room style en-suite with shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious, single room with a king sized sleigh style bed, a single day bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with a luxurious corner bath, shower, WC, Bidet and wash basin.
Bedroom 3 is a spacious, light and airy double aspect room with a king sized sleigh style bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a wet room style en-suite with shower, WC and wash basin.
There is also a mezzanine level above the gym area with a king size futon bed, ideal for older children / teenagers, accessed via a ships ladder with use of the 4th WC/shower wet room.
